Acceptance & Returns
No packages will be accepted without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. After inspecting and testing, we will return your product, or its replacement using the same shipping method used to ship the product to AVAYO within 30 days. In your package, please include a daytime telephone number and a brief explanation of the problem.
Shipments are deemed to have been accepted by the buyer upon receipt of shipment. All shipping discrepancies must be reported to AVAYO, Inc within three (3) business days of receipt of shipment. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the invoiced amount (excluding taxes, duties and shipping) or a minimum $70. To qualify for a refund or credit (excluding shipping, duties and taxes) buyer must contact AVAYO in writing (via e-mail or post) within 30 days for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy
Product must be in its original packaging.
Product must be returned via a shipper that provides buyer with a shipment tracking number (i.e. FedEx, UPS, DHL).
A valid RMA number must accompany the return and be visible on the outside of the returned package. Returns without an RMA number will be rejected and returned at buyer's expense.
Product being returned within the initial 30-day period for refund or credit must be complete. Failure to return all product will result in a partial refund or credit.

Shipping Times, Charges and Taxes: Orders received before 11 a.m. PDT (GMT 6 p.m.) will be shipped the same business day via UPS or FedEx if all items are in stock. Orders received after 11 a.m. will be processed for shipment the following business day
Separate charges for shipping (UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS rates apply) and handling ($5) will be shown on the invoice(s). AVAYO's preferred carrier is FedEx and will use their standard shipping rates. If you are already established with another carrier and can provide AVAYO with a shipping number, AVAYO will ship via your specified carrier.
Unless Customer provides AVAYO with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to AVAYO's acceptance of the order, Customer is responsible for sales tax, any value added or import taxes associated with the order. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be itemized on the invoice.
International Customers: AVAYO is not responsible for any brokerage, customs fees, or country taxes. The actual value of all orders is indicated on the invoice, and restatements using lower values are not permitted.
Title and Risk of Loss: Title to products and risk of loss passes from AVAYO to Customer upon shipment from AVAYO's facilities and delivery of the product to a common carrier. Title to software will remain with the applicable licensor(s).
Claims for Missing or Damaged Goods: Any claims by Customer for the omission of products in the shipped goods, shortages of product, or damaged goods in a shipment are waived by Customer unless Customer provides notice to AVAYO within 15 days after Customer's receipt of shipment.
